Paralegal (Compliance Officer)

  • Set up, organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with recognized procedures and standards.
    – In charge of copying, scanning and filing of all legal documents of the company and clients.
    – Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the paper and electronic files.
    – Keep record of the physical copies of files as well as recording of all incoming mails and correspondence.
    – Keep record of the transmittal of documents sent to inter-department and clients.
  • Prepares all required documents necessary for the tasks or projects to be undertaken.
    – Creates, format, revise and edit legal documents such as board resolutions, secretary’s certificate, deeds and affidavits.
  • Records and monitor deadlines and expiration of certificates and permits being maintained by the company and clients.
  • Updates status and track progress of active, current and pending tasks. Makes daily reports.
  • Lead the Messenger’s Team
    – Plans, schedule and monitor daily appointments and travel arrangements of all messengers.
    – Monitor and records daily attendance for submission to HR including leaves availment.
    – Prepares holidays schedule and maintenance activities.
    – Monitors and records motorcycle gas consumption and maintenance activites.
  • Acts as Legal Team budget custodian
    – Make request for CASH, monitor its usage and liquidate.
    – Track and records the expenses of the company and clients.
    Provide funds to all messengers, monitor their expenses and liquidation.
  • Provides administrative, legal, client coordination and documentation support to other teams.
    – Preparation of required documents for submission to MTC, tracking of progress of each case, funds request, payment and liquidation.
    – Coordination with lawyer and other team members involved in the projects.
