Responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department to a high standard of cleanliness, observing all guidelines regarding infection control and local standards while assuring the highest degree of quality at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing all staff.
Perform all duties in accordance with Aurora Suites and Pavilion’s policies and procedures and generally-accepted practices of the Housekeeping Department.
Deliver excellent service and product for guest and other associates.
Oversee and direct the operation of Housekeeping and Laundry Department and ensure that all products provided are in accordance with the quality and service standards of ASLI is known for and ensure that outstanding service is provided to all guests in accordance with the vision of the Hotel.
