The Chief Engineer is responsible for guiding Technicians in the repair, maintenance and upkeep of the Hotel and Commercial Space’s facilities, equipment and machineries and for effectively leading the group so that physical operational problems can be quickly addressed and solved with the least inconvenience to the Hotel guests and minimal disruption of service.
The principal responsibility is to maintain the hotel facilities, equipment and machineries in the best operating condition. The Chief Engineer must be able to devise a workable system and procedure that will keep the Hotel’s premises and equipment close to brand-new condition.
The Chief Engineer oversees the daily operations and maintains the policies and rules of the condominium association, oversee the needs of condominium owners/Developer, ensures that association rules and regulations are functional and honored within the association and on its common properties and assist new owners with questions and move-in process and demonstrates a customer focused approached in all interactions.
