Content Moderator

Basic Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, and any related field
– Previous experience in a similar position is a significant advantage
– Native tongue level/familiarity with colloquialisms (StreetLanguage).
– Ability to analyze context and use good judgment in flagging problematic or damaging content
– Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations (stress management, resilience, and composure)
– Thick skin to potentially offensive or extreme content (visual and textual)
– Good sense of humor!
– Eye for detail
– Skilled multi-tasker
