Your primary work functions will cover any of the following:
Payroll Processing for assigned accounts
Responsible for the proper, accurate and timely processing of payroll, including the review and analysis of time records, processing & generating payroll
Generate payroll reports including payroll sheets, summary, disbursement reports, pay slips, etc., in a timely manner
Assist in administering maintenance and update of the payroll system. Ensure compliance of established payroll policies and procedures and incorporate procedural changes when necessary
Coordinate closely with human resources and other associates in processing last claims, salary-based benefits, and other employee receivables
Address payroll related concerns, and correct any errors
Billing and Collection for assigned accounts
Responsible for the proper, accurate and timely processing of billing invoices, and statements of accounts (SOA) for clients
Responsible for timely, complete, and correct submission of billing invoices & SOAs to clients, including requisite documentation such DTRs, remittance reports, etc.
Coordinate with the client, HR, and other associates in addressing billing issues and concerns
Accounts monitoring and coordination
Reconciliation of payroll and billing to ensure that billed and paid manhours match, and identify unbilled hours/services
Generate periodic reports on accounts/projects
Review and check contract periods and rates
Coordinate and work with HR, Operations, and other departments as part of the account/project compliance team
Administrative
Audit and review own work products to ensure accuracy, correctness, and completeness
Maintain organized records and filing system of all records, both electronic and printed copies
Provide regular, accurate reports on payroll, billing, and account monitoring
Performing other duties as required
