Gainstrong Manpower and Logistics Inc. started in 2016 as Gainstrong Manpower Inc. (GMI), an exclusive manpower service company providing recruitment and staffing solutions to some of the established retail firms in Metro Manila. It first opened in a small one-room office located in Marikina City.
As its clientele and reputation grew, GMI opened additional offices in strategic locations and expanded its service by providing skilled, technical, and construction personnel to clients in different industries not only in Metro Manila but in key provinces as well. In 2020, the company branched out into taking on logistics and delivery services and registered its business under the new name, Gainstrong Manpower & Logistics Inc (GMLI).
Recently, the need for talent in the BPO sector opened another business for GMLI. As such, it had forged a partnership with a leading IT recruitment and placement company catering to global businesses.
The name Gainstrong comes from the English words ‘Gain’ and ‘Strong’. The company strongly believes that the most valuable asset of every organization is its people. It has then become our mission to help organizations gain stronger workforce with the best and most qualified talents across the country.
