Virtual & Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist customers with their online orders, processing of orders, processing of delivery and coordinating with bake shop, etc.
• Maintain website shopify website, ensure products and descriptions, inventory are up to date and no problems.
•  Online and Social Media Marketing, creating content, creating engaging posts, handling customer comments and more.
• Additional work as needed by management.

Requirements:

• Must be a 4-year College Graduate in Marketing or similar relevant course.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have good customer service skills, hard working, reliable, punctual and strives for excellence.
• Must be technically inclined and familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Google Sheets, Shopify and various Social Media channels.
• Must be available to work 6 days a week, Mon-Sat.
• Must have stable, reliable and fast home internet for work from home.  Must have a desktop computer or laptop to use.
