QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must have active USRN license
– Can accommodate PHRN resources with significant training experience and willing to commit to take the NCLEX.
– Minimum of 5 years in the contact center operations and training combined.
– Preferably with master’s degree in nursing education or an NCLEX reviewer.
