TSE / TSR – Up to 25K Salary (WFH)

– Must have at least 6 Months Technical Support Experience via Phone, E-mail or Chat Support.
– Experience with SaaS based company as a Customer and Technical Support is a PLUS.
– Experience and exposure on automation software/services like, IFTTT, , Parabola, Zapier, Make, etc. is a PLUS.
– API Integration experience is a PLUS.
– Background with IT related work experiences focusing on software and cloud technology is a PLUS.
– Programming language proficiencies is a PLUS.
– Exposure to Salesforce, CRM product and Salesforce Field is a PLUS.
– Strong client interfacing skills.
– Ability to work in globally distributed team environment, liaising with on-site teams and customers
