REQUIREMENTS:
- At least High School Graduate
- 2 years of Team Lead experience in the BPO industry
- Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in 24×7 shifting schedules.
- Must be residing in Pangasinan or Dumaguete
- Can start ASAP.
