Talent Acquisition Lead – 35000 SALARY

Requirements:
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years experience working as Talent Acquisition
Specialist, Recruitment/Sourcing Lead or similar role in BPO setting
Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer
branding techniques.
Outstanding knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment
Marketing tools.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required

 

Responsibilities:
Provide support to TAR Manager to drive the implementation of
talent acquisition strategies and policies
Finding, recruiting, hiring – and managing – talented candidates.
Help TAR Manager spearhead plan, develop, and implement effective
Talent Acquisition strategy for their organization. This includes (co)
building a strong Employer Brand.
Lead a team of TAR members and maintain quality performance
Perform other duties as assigned by TAR Manager
