Spanish Speakers (CSR) – Anti- Fraud Account- 24k Salary

“REQUIREMENTS
– High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
– At least one year of experience in payment risk review or a similar role
– Experience in a BPO setting is advantageous
– Experience in fraud prevention in an e-commerce environment
– Experience with customer identity solutions
– Experience with technologies available to reduce fraud

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages of customers in both Spanish and English languages
– Resolve customers’ issues in an empathic and professional manner
– Process customer requests in a timely manner and monitor the progress of new applications or issues
– Comply with the company’s procedures and policies in performing your function”
