QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Has at least experience in customer service.
- Excellent in speaking English and Spanish
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Can work onsite in Alabang.
- Should have a working permit here in the Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages of customers in both Spanish and English languages
- Resolve customers’ issues in an empathic and professional manner
- Process customer requests in a timely manner and monitor the progress of new applications or issues
- Comply with the company’s procedures and policies in performing your function
