QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Has at least experience in customer service.
• Excellent in speaking English and Spanish
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Can work onsite in Makati and Taguig.
• Should have a working permit here in the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages of customers in both Spanish and English languages
• Resolve customers’ issues in an empathic and professional manner
• Process customer requests in a timely manner and monitor the progress of new applications or issues
• Comply with the company’s procedures and policies in performing your function
