Bachelor’s degree in the related field or equivalent
1-2 years related work experience in recruitment sourcing
Volume hiring for both CS and TS
At least 1 year Team Management experience
Exposure in different sourcing platforms
Capable to utilize functionality of MS Office (advance Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Google (Drives,Forms & Spreadsheets).
Familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
Knowledge and exposure in sourcing Leadership roles and Bilingual candidates
