Sourcing Lead – Up to 45K Salary – Pasig

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in the related field or equivalent
– 1-2 years related work experience in recruitment sourcing
– Volume hiring for both CS and TS
– At least 1 year Team Management experience
– Exposure in different sourcing platforms
– Capable to utilize functionality of MS Office (advance Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Google (Drives,Forms & Spreadsheets).
– Familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
– Knowledge and exposure in sourcing Leadership roles and Bilingual candidates
