Position Summary:  The Solution Specialist provides Technical Sales and Support Services for Information Technology solutions supplied by the Company.

Primary Responsibilities :
– Attend all required technical / certification training.
– Attain the necessary technical knowledge for the assigned solutions.
– Provide technical sales support to Account Managers.
– Perform on-site and off-site technical support services.
– Submit client call slips and service reports.
– Submit daily reports.
– Perform all other tasks as may be assigned.

– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Information technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
– Willing to be based at the client’s office site
– Very good oral and written communication skills is required
– Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employee specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/ Database Admin or equivalent
– Experience working in a customer support environment is a plus
