Social Media Manager

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for each product/brand to identify and acquire customers
  • Manage and oversee social media content for all Company brands
  • Lead, maintain and develop online and in-store marketing campaigns/promotions
  • Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Communicate and connect with industry professionals and social media influencers in our industries via social media to create a strong network
  • Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
  • Oversee the activity across our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, etc.
  • Assist in website development, including content creation
  • Identify new media opportunities and other marketing tools to drive greater impact
  • Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data to measure effectiveness of social media strategies used to boost online and offline sales
  • Provides marketing information (pricing, product marketing, market forecasts, competitor activities, and industry trends) interpretation of market data and maintains relevant research database
  • Manage the day-to-day strategy and implementation of all marketing campaigns and work in partnership with the sales team to expand market share
  • Oversee work of graphic artists and marketing team to build/maintain social media presence and manage the brands of the Company


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field from a reputable school
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, leading and managing marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms
  • Candidates should have 2-5 years of proven experience in all forms of social media across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Demonstrable experience in handling marketing strategies or online marketing for skin care and food industries a PLUS
  • Analytical, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and oral/written communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics/ad serving tools
  • Should be consistently abreast of new industry developments or new marketing tactics
  • Can deliver quality write-ups or content that attract customers and boost brand awareness
  • Work experience as a copywriter, content writer or a similar role is a plus
