SHS Graduate
Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience
Must have 1-year experience as an Executive Assistant to international clients or VA experience as a Personal Assistant is also applicable. (not limited to: Real Estate, Financial, Social Media, Reports Analyst, Healthcare, E-commerce, Administrative Assistant)
Must be willing to work onsite

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages of customers
Resolve customers’ issues in an empathic and professional manner
Process customer requests in a timely manner and monitor the progress of new applications or issues
Comply with the company’s procedures and policies in performing your function
