Sales Specialist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Solid job tenure with no less than 2 years’ experience in the last two job stints

• Process-oriented and attentive to details

• Strong organization skills and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated

• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs

• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs

• At least 2 years’ experience with Sales in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services set-up

• International/US Consultative and B2B Sales experiences are preferred

• Experience with K12 industry is preferred

• Knowledge in using CRM Tools and Microsoft Office proficiency are an advantage

• Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule at Silver City, Pasig (The company is currently on

remote work arrangement but will eventually have a back to office plan.)
