Recruitment Supervisor | Onsite Pasay | 50k Salary

Requirements:

●Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably with Master’s degree or units earned.
●Three to five years of related experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:

●Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

●Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.

●Highly flexible to perform all functions within Recruitment.

●Performance is measured by recruitment metrics.

●Proficient in Microsoft Office program.

●Familiarity with Targeted Selection Interviewing Techniques.

●Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

●Analytical problem solving skills, linear and logical troubleshooting skills.

●Has introduced process improvements.

●Judgment is required to solve problems which may require some interpretation of policies and practices within an area of expertise.

●Performance is also measured by recruitment metrics. With good judgment and effective decision making.

●Demonstrate basic knowledge of the industry. Decisions primarily impact work group.

●Remain in compliance with the local, legal and global policies and regulations. Able to complete the Leadership Training Certifications.

●Must pass the Leadership Development Survey. Performance coaching, scorecards, development plans must be accurate and executed in a timely manner.

●Supervise and lead others doing similar work. Able to supervise all personnel and activities of recruitment department
