●Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably with Master’s degree or units earned.
●Three to five years of related experience required.

●Demonstrate basic knowledge of the industry. Decisions primarily impact work group.
●Remain in compliance with the local, legal and global policies and regulations. Able to complete the Leadership Training Certifications.
●Must pass the Leadership Development Survey. Performance coaching, scorecards, development plans must be accurate and executed in a timely manner.
●Supervise and lead others doing similar work. Able to supervise all personnel and activities of recruitment department
