Purchasing Admin / Tenants Relation Officer – Makati – 25k Salary

“Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of three year(s) of experience in related position.
Knowledgeable with construction and engineering materials
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
With Good Negotiating Skills
Ability to deliver results under time pressure
Preferred with Admin Assistant experience in property management”

“Oversees the supply orders for the renovation and/or construction project of the units.
Prepare and collate purchase orders
Review documents and data (e.g incoming requisitions, past purchases, reconciliations, inventories) for the purpose of ensuring completeness and accuracy of purchasing process.
Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment.
Coordinates with suppliers and source for new suppliers as needed.
Communicates with the Operations Manager and gains approval for purchasing contracts with new vendors or on new supplies.
Performs comparison among different suppliers and negotiates to make sure the company gets the best possible prices on needed supplies continuously.
Communicates with suppliers and makes sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be.
Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders
Checks inventory, tracks how inventory is used, and adjusts purchasing habits in accord with apparent trends.
Sends payment requests using the MS Excel.
Update and maintain a database of accredited vendors and suppliers, as well as such other records as are needed for the efficient operation of the purchasing function.
Keeps a well-organized collection of contracts for easy reference when needed.
Arranges and schedules appointments, meetings for internal and external customers
Responsible maintaining, updating and safekeeping of important documents as instructed
Prepares minutes of coordination and staff meetings
Ensures the correctness of receipts and billing prior to liquidation and processing
All other related tasks as needed and as required by the Department being supported”
