Job Qualifications:
- TM 1 Certificate Holder
- Able to communicate effectively
- No Experience required
- Must be a team player, fast learner, and coachable
- Must be open to accomplishing whatever tasks assigned.
- Experience in providing technical support is a plus
- Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
- Passion for innovation, curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Strong foundation and knowledge in the following languages such as but not limited to HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, LARAVEL, JAVA, JQUERY, BOOTSTRAP, VUE JS, DOCKER, GIT.
- A can-do attitude is a plus.
- Familiar with Japanese working culture
- Open for Hybrid Set-up
- Can start ASAP!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach Japanese students regarding programming.
- Leading workplace communication
- Utilizing applications in technical training
- Applying work ethics, values and quality principles
- Working effectively in vocational education and training
- Fostering and promoting an inclusive learning culture
- Ensuring a healthy and safe learning environment
- Maintaining and enhancing professional practice
- Planning training session
- Facilitating learning session
- Supervising work-based learning
- Conducting competency assessment
- Maintaining training facilities
