QUALIFICATIONS
– At least 2-3 years of experience in the retail or beauty industry
– Tertiary level graduate
– Must possess strong understanding of beauty products and the industry including market trends and consumer preferences
– Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Effective time management
– Makeup skills is a plus
