Product / Language Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

Provides clear instruction using a variety of techniques and activities
Enforces adherence and attendance of participants
Maintains a positive learning environment . Evaluates learning and mastery of content, skills and procedures
Product trainers are responsible for helping improve individual and organizational performance towards a specific product created by the organization.
They identify training needs, develop annual training programs, and create instructional materials.
They assess the organization’s strengths and weaknesses

Job Qualifications:

Must have completed high school and/or at least one year in college in any field
Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work immediately
