- Bachelor’s Degree holder (Must be business-related: Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance)
- Work experience is not necessary, although would be preferable.
- Able to travel/commute to the head office located in BTTC Centre, Brgy. Greenhills, San Juan City.
- Must be well-familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Computer proficient
- Has excellent time management

- Can highly adapt to stressful situations and adapt in a fast-paced environment
This position is responsible for assisting the Sales Team in the preparation of cost analysis and sales quotations while ensuring in the strictest confidence the pricing established per sales transaction and mindful of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare Sales Quotations with cost analysis in an accurate and timely manner
- Consolidates reports on the sales quotations issued vis-à-vis the cost analysis made on the same;
- Prepares quarterly analysis on the said consolidated reports
- Prepare pro-forma Contracts to Sell, if needed
- Prepares reports as requested by immediate superior
- Maintains orderliness and security of records and relevant documents
- Implements Company’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Follows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards
- Follows the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
- Understands and follows all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from Supervisors
- Upholds the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Maintains a professional appearance for self in accordance with company policy
- Attends pertinent training on request
- Attends company meetings as required
- Performs other work that may be assigned by superiors, from time to time.
