Operations Manager (E-Commerce Social Media)

– Completed 2 years in College (No Back Subjects).
– At least 5 years in BPO Set-Up.
– 3 years and above Operations Manager Experience.
– Preferably had 1 year experience in handling E-Commerce.
– Knowledgeable on handling the AMEA market is required.
– Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
– Teach direct reports to become inspiring leaders for their own direct reports and model similar behavior as leaders of Leads.
– Capable of multitasking, being agile, and maintaining flexibility.
– Embrace the adventure with Client, Peers, and teams and use superior communication skills to cultivate professional relationships
with Client.
– Use innovative channels of communication to keep teams up-to-date with day-to-day changes in expectations and goals that are relevant to their roles.
