The Online Marketing Specialist (E-commerce) is responsible for creating and executing online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to the company’s e-commerce website. This individual will be knowledgeable in the latest digital marketing techniques and technologies, and have a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce website.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the e-commerce industry.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including the creation and implementation of social media marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns, and use data to continually optimize and improve performance.
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing techniques and technologies, and attend industry events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, including trends and technologies.
- Strong skills in social media marketing, including experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
