OJT / Intern – Quezon City – Work Onsite

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s/College degree;

• Candidate’s course must be one of the following: Business Administration – Sales and Marketing – Psychology – Computer Studies;

• Candidate must be willing to work face-to-face in Quezon City or Makati;

• Proficient in Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word; • Be able to learn other software programs required by the department; 

• Be able to operate a cell phone and other communication tools;

• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
