– Vocational Graduate in Machine Shop, Fitter Machinist, or Mechanical Technology.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembling and disassembling pumps and gearboxes.
– Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and job order specifications.
– Ability to use calibrated measuring instruments or tools for verification.
– Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
– Proactive in performing daily and preventive maintenance tasks.
