  1. Prepare the food ingredients as requested by the Chief Cook or the Supervisor
  2. Ensure all the vegetables and meats are fresh.
  3. Help in unloading the food deliveries.
  4. Clean the kitchen station all the time.
  5. Wash the dishes and utensils.
  6. Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.
  7. Make sure the kitchen equipment is well cleaned after use.
  8. Stock the food items properly in the cold storage.
  9. Check the inventory levels and report to the Restaurant Supervisor
  10. Collect dirt and debris after a regular interval of time.
  11. Empty the dustbins at the end of the shift.
  12. Sanitize the kitchen utensils and plates.
  13. Maintain proper sanitation of the kitchen.
  14. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
