Interviewer Assistant – Volume Hiring – ghsceb


  • Must be a College Graduate of a 4-year course.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in Sourcing
    & Recruitment or 1 year experience in the BPO industry.
  • Must be confident and comfortable communicating
    in English.
  • Must be computer technically inclined and experience
    with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google Sheets. Knowledge in coding and IT is a plus.
  • Must type at least 40wpm.
  • Must be familiar with various sourcing channels.
  • Must have working experience in sourcing,
    gathering leads, ad posting, inviting, screening candidates, etc.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City or Makati
