Instructor Senior Analyst – 68k Salary – Work in QC

Job Description:

Will do Pre-Process, Voice/Accent/Culture training for new hires Individual Contributor

Qualifications:

– At least 3 years overall experience; at least 2 years experience as a pre-process trainer (focus on grammar, voice & accent training) in a contact center
– Good written and comms skills
– Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training such as but not limited to MS Teams (advantage but not required)
– Educational Background: College Graduate
– Primary site is Gateway, Quezon City but must be willing to report to other Metro Manila sites as needed
