HR Supervisor w/ exp in General HR 30k-34k URGENT – Quezon City

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any business related course.
-With at least 3 years supervisory experience in human resources and administrative functions
-Knowledgeable in general HR functions, research methodology, organizational structure and organizational assessment.
-Above average in written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to perform multi-tasking

Job Summary:

Assists HR Manager in supervising the HRD specifically in training and organizational development HR policy formulation, recruitment and manpower planning, employee relations.
