Minimum qualifications:
– Graduate of BS HRDM or BS Psychology
– at least 1 year of working experience as an HR Officer or at least 2 years working experience as an HR Generalist
– Knowledgeable in all HR facets
– Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
– Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing company activities
– Will handle HR Operations – Store and Warehouse concerns
– Good communication skills
– Will oversee HR team
– Directly report to HR Head
