Qualifications
– Must have a solid experience in handling Manpower.
– At least 4-6 or more years of experience in HR Operations
– In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
– Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
– Knowledge of HR systems and databases
– Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
– Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tool
