Roles and Responsibilities
· Overall recruitment process
· Provide counseling on policies and procedures
· Assist in performance management processes
· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
· Manage Employee Relations
· Support all internal & external HR related inquiries or requests.
· Maintain records of employees
· Timekeeping and payroll
· Attendance monitoring
· Serve as point of contract with benefit vendor and administrations
· Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documents
· Assist with performance management procedure
· Coordinates training sessions and seminars.
· Perform orientations and updates record of new staff.
· Produce and submit report on general HR activity.
· Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
