– Graduate of BS HRDM or BS Psychology
– At least 1 year of working experience as HR generalist
– Knowledgeable in Recruitment limited with timekeeping, Employee Relations, benefits, and training and dev.
– Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
– Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing company activities
– Good communication skills
