HR/ADMIN SPECIALIST
JOB DETAILS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors government mandates, memos, and updates
- Data entry to Master list and payroll – related information
- Ensure that all government concerns and statutory contributions are properly and on time remitted.
- Consults with management and provides daily HR guidance
- Resolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances
- Suggests and implements HR strategies
- Provides clerical and administrative support to All Department
- Updates advertisement for hiring activities
- Conduct orientation and meetings for new employees
- Provide advice and assistance on company policies, procedures, and documentations
- Processes company’s payroll every pay period
- Perform other related duties as required by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Course or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in the field of Admin/HR Department
- Can do multitasking
- Good in file and records management
- Good in employee and client relation and communication.
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Providing administration support
- Approachable and compassionate in nature
- Has experience in processing business permits, etc.
