HR/ADMIN SPECIALIST

JOB DETAILS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors government mandates, memos, and updates
  • Data entry to Master list and payroll – related information
  • Ensure that all government concerns and statutory contributions are properly and on time remitted.
  • Consults with management and provides daily HR guidance
  • Resolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances
  • Suggests and implements HR strategies
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to All Department
  • Updates advertisement for hiring activities
  • Conduct orientation and meetings for new employees
  • Provide advice and assistance on company policies, procedures, and documentations
  • Processes company’s payroll every pay period
  • Perform other related duties as required by manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Course or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the field of Admin/HR Department
  • Can do multitasking
  • Good in file and records management
  • Good in employee and client relation and communication.
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Providing administration support
  • Approachable and compassionate in nature
  • Has experience in processing business permits, etc.
