Job Description:
– Responding to inquiries and addressing complaints through phone or email channels.
– Aiding customers by addressing their inquiries.
– Managing complaints with patience and efficiency.
– Offering optimal solutions based on customer-provided information.
– Delivering exceptional customer service round-the-clock.
Qualifications:
– Education – Completed 2nd Year College, anything less than 2nd-year college will not be accepted.
– Required Experience – Minimum of 6 months of Financial BPO experience.
– Candidates with financial services background or experience are HIGHLY preferred.
