Financial Agents (CSR) – Up to 45K Salary

Qualifications:

-At least 2UG, 6mos CCE (financial) or 1yr CCE
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service or financial roles is preferred.
Knowledge of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial guidance.
Conduct financial transactions and process customer requests accurately.
Assist customers in understanding financial products and services, explaining terms, features, and benefits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
