Field Service Assistant

Provide assistance to Field Sales Managers in terms of installation and training activities for customers.

Accountable for the completion of assigned tasks for field servicing

Provide training to customers on procedures and products

Perform installation and maintenance of equipment as necessary

Completes all required reporting on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of work experience in equipment installation or field sales/service support

IT Graduate

Prior experience in the food service industry

Ability to work unsupervised

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate, with Outlook, Excel, and Word processing skills

Willing to be hired under a 3rd party contractor
