Responsibilities:

  •  Creates forecasting model that best fits the line of business
  • Develops capacity plans that features staffing position and resource utilization
  • Leads forecast and capacity call discussion with business stakeholders and clients for
    performance updates including strategic planning and risk management
  • Gate keeps recruitment to make sure HC is within the approved budget
  • Maintains roster for all businesses within GOC Philippines
