QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed 2nd year college – without back subjects
• at least 6 months non-bpo customer facing experience
• Excellent in speaking English and Korean
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Can work onsite in Pasig City.
• Should have a working permit here in the Philippines (if foreigner).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages of customers in both Korean and English languages
• Resolve customers’ issues in an empathic and professional manner
• Process customer requests in a timely manner and monitor the progress of new applications or issues
• Comply with the company’s procedures and policies in performing your function
