- Completed 2nd year college – without back subjects
- at least 6 months non-bpo customer facing experience
- Excellent in speaking English and Korean
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Can work onsite in Pasig City.
- Should have a working permit here in the Philippines (if foreigner).
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages of customers in both Korean and English languages
- Resolve customers’ issues in an empathic and professional manner
- Process customer requests in a timely manner and monitor the progress of new applications or issues
- Comply with the company’s procedures and policies in performing your function
- Salary Offer 90,000 - 100,000 PHP 90000-100000 Month
