Dining Crew


  • Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
  • Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required; issue official receipts
  • Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by setting and clearing the tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, etc.
  • Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
  • Provide customers with helpful information regarding service time and special deal offers.
  • Provide help and assistance in the kitchen when needed
  • May sometimes double as cashier
  •  Help in carrying out inventories on the restaurant’s supplies and stock
  • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the prescribed uniform

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • At least a high school diploma
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to provide needed help to kitchen staff.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
