Design Engineer

The Design Engineer performs design/drafting and conducts site/construction inspection works as may be required by the Project; He/she is responsible in the technical analysis and planning of the project or components of the project as directed by the project’s Lead Architect or Design & Planning Head. He/she is also responsible for ensuring correct quantification of assigned project through proper cost analysis and budget estimation and signing of plans.

Education

Licensed Civil Engineer

Experience

Experience in socialized and/or low cost subdivision housing construction development preferred.

Relevant working experience specializing in Design (e.g. Retaining Wall, Land Development)

Experience in Project Costing and Quantification.
