Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving problems, and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about our products/services and resolving customer issues.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

- Salary Offer 16,000 - 18,000 PHP 16000-18000 Month
