Customer Support – Earn up to 18k Salary – Work in Bacolod

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving problems, and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information about our products/services and resolving customer issues.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • No BPO experience needed
