We are looking to hire a new Customer Satisfaction Representative to help us accelerate our growth and increase our client database. Preferably with the skills and qualifications below and a roll up your sleeves attitude!
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering/making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and providing solutions
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other employees
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering them information through a web-based chat program or via e-mail.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Sales experience/background is a plus
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer service, product marketing and promotion
- Good Probing; Analytical Skills – giving full attention to what the customer is saying
- Very Good English Communication and Interaction Skills
- Service Orientation – Proactively look for ways to help people. Ability to be polite, have the confidence and use diplomacy in difficult situations
- Able to set priorities and multi-task
- Detail oriented and Customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
