Customer Service Representative

We are looking to hire a new Customer Satisfaction Representative to help us accelerate our growth and increase our client database. Preferably with the skills and qualifications below and a roll up your sleeves attitude!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering/making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and providing solutions
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other employees
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering them information through a web-based chat program or via e-mail.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Sales experience/background is a plus
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer service, product marketing and promotion
  • Good Probing; Analytical Skills – giving full attention to what the customer is saying
  • Very Good English Communication and Interaction Skills
  • Service Orientation – Proactively look for ways to help people. Ability to be polite, have the confidence and use diplomacy in difficult situations
  • Able to set priorities and multi-task
  • Detail oriented and Customer-focused
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
