Customer Service Agent | Work in Davao | CSR

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related roles (1-2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with customer service software, such as CRM systems.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software and CRM systems.
