Job description
Under the supervision of the Medical Services Officer, this key position is responsible for providing overall healthcare to employees, in relation to occupational health and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Provides nursing care to injured or ill workers monitors employees’ health & wellness and administers over-the-counter medications as needed.
In the absence of a physician, assesses and determines the health status of the employees which includes recommendations such as, but not limited to: staying in the clinic, sending home/back to work, or transferring to the hospital.
In coordination with company physicians and as a core member of the Occupational Safety and Health committee, creates and conducts occupational health programs based on Philippine Occupational Safety & Health Standards such as Pre-employment, Annual Physical Examination, Immunization Program, Health Education and Counseling, and whatever will be required by the OSH-DOLE & DOH in the future.
Maintains a reporting and records system, prepares and submits an annual medical report (DOLE) to the employer, as required by the standards.
Handles all clinic-related records in accordance with Data Privacy Act.
Requirements:
Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN)
Willing to work onsite (Cupang, Muntinlupa)
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
